LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Essential gets primary school students excited about hands-on STEAM lessons. Part of the LEGO Learning System, this playful, story-based learning experience encourages students to explore STEAM concepts while working on their literacy, numeracy and social-emotional development. Spike Essential offers 12 modules with several 45-minute STEAM lessons. Each lesson includes comprehensive online lesson plans.

Software

The SPIKE™ app is suitable for both SPIKE™ Essential and SPIKE™ Prime, making it suitable for all ages from 6 onwards. Program with simple programming blocks, Scratch (word blocks) or Python (advanced). The software also includes teacher support with videos and teaching materials

Lessons
